Refund Policy for ZapHub Premium
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. BY PURCHASING ZAPHUB PREMIUM, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
At Zap Project, we want to ensure transparency regarding all transactions for ZapHub Premium. Because our product is purely digital, intangible, and delivered instantly upon purchase, we enforce a strictNo Refund Policy.
1. Digital Nature of the Product
- ZapHub Premium is a digital license key and software access token. It cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense.
- Once a key is generated and delivered to you via our system or official resellers, the product is considered consumed. Therefore, we cannot issue refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.
2. Game Updates and Compatibility
- Roblox games update frequently, which may temporarily break or disable certain features within ZapHub.
- Temporary downtime caused by game updates is not a valid reason for a refund.Our development team works diligently to patch and update the script as fast as possible when this occurs.
3. Chargebacks and Disputes
Any attempt to bypass our refund policy by opening a dispute or chargeback with your bank, PayPal, Stripe, or any other payment processor will result in severe consequences:
- Immediate and permanent revocation of your ZapHub Premium access.
- A permanent HWID (Hardware ID) blacklist from all Zap Project products, both Freemium and Premium.
- Your information may be shared with our network of resellers and other developers to prevent future fraud.
If you encounter an issue with your purchase, you must contact our support team first rather than opening a dispute.
4. Official Resellers
- We are only responsible for purchases made directly through Zap Project or our listed official resellers.
- If you purchase a key from an unauthorized third party and it does not work, we cannot assist you or issue a refund.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
The only exception to this policy is an accidental duplicate transaction caused by a system error on our end. If you are charged twice for the same tier simultaneously, you must:
- Contact our support team via Discord within48 hoursof the transaction.
- Provide valid proof of the duplicate charge.
