Terms of Service and Conditions of Use for ZapHub

By using ZapHub (hereinafter referred to as "the Product", including both ZapHub Freemium and ZapHub Premium), developed by Zap Project (hereinafter referred to as "we," "our," or "the Developer"), you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read this document carefully before using the Product. If you do not agree with these terms, refrain from using the Product.

1. Acceptance of the Terms

By accessing, generating a key, purchasing, or using any tier of ZapHub, you automatically accept these Terms of Service and Conditions of Use. These terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Zap Project.

2. License of Use

• ZapHub is a digital product provided under a personal, non-transferable license.
• You are not entitled to distribute, resell, modify, or share the Product or any part of it without the express written consent of Zap Project.

3. ZapHub Freemium & Key System

• ZapHub Freemium requires users to generate an access key through link shorteners to support the development of the Product.
• Any attempt to bypass, skip, or manipulate the link shorteners to obtain a key is strictly prohibited and will result in a permanent ban of your hardware ID (HWID) and account.
• Sharing generated keys with other users is strictly forbidden. Each key is tied to the user's specific hardware.

4. Developer's Control

• Zap Project reserves the right to modify, delete, or prohibit access to any key, account, or product at any time and for any reason, without prior notice.
• This includes revoking access for violations of these terms, misuse of the Product, bypassing link shorteners, or any behavior we deem harmful to the community.

5. Appropriate Use

• You agree to use ZapHub solely for legal purposes and in accordance with Roblox's platform rules.
• Use of this product may violate the terms of service of the games it interacts with. You are responsible for your own account.

6. Updates

• Zap Project is committed to providing regular updates to ensure the Product's compatibility with the latest versions of supported games.
• While we strive to keep our scripts fully functional, we do not guarantee the immediate resolution of all issues following a game update.

7. Support

• Zap Project provides technical support exclusively through our official Discord server. We do not offer support via email, social media, or other means.
• To receive assistance, join our Discord server and follow the instructions in the designated support channel.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Zap Project is not responsible for any loss, damage, account bans, or inconvenience caused by the use of ZapHub.
• You accept that you use the Product entirely at your own risk and that Zap Project does not guarantee specific results in the games.

9. Intellectual Property

• ZapHub and all its components (code, design, functionalities, UI, etc.) are the exclusive property of Zap Project.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, dumping, or any attempt to access or steal the Product's source code is strictly prohibited.

10. Service Termination

• Zap Project may suspend or terminate your access to ZapHub (both Freemium and Premium) at any time, without prior notice, if it is determined that you have violated these terms.

Definitions

• Zap Project:The development team responsible for the creation, maintenance, and distribution of ZapHub.
• ZapHub Freemium:The free version of ZapHub, which requires users to complete link shorteners to obtain a temporary access key.
• ZapHub Premium:The paid version of ZapHub, which includes advanced features, keyless access, and enhanced automation.
• Key:A unique access token that allows users to use ZapHub. These keys are the property of Zap Project and may be revoked at any time.
